THE NEXT CHAPTER AT PORTAL°

In the early morning hours of New Year’s Day, an electrical fire damaged the clubhouse and our living room area.

Fortunately, no one was injured and thank you to Boulder Fire-Rescue for quickly responding to and managing the incident. There was minimal to no damage to the saunas and plunges.

Given the time required to rebuild the club at our current location, the way we’d like to, we’ve decided to close the club in its current form. We will not be reopening at 3550 Frontier.

That said, we will be reopening in the Highlands neighborhood in Denver in early February.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP & CREDIT STATUS

If you plan on joining us at the Highlands location, keep your membership and credits as they will apply to all PORTAL locations.

If you wish to manage your membership, please contact us using the form below.

Due to the extraordinary circumstances and our upcoming activations in Boulder & Denver we will only be issuing refunds for credits purchased within a 90 day window. However we will be reviewing this on a case to case basis.

If you wish to gift your credits to your friends or family in Minneapolis or Denver, please contact us to initiate the transfer.

While in our heart, we would have loved to keep the pop-up in Boulder functional for, forever, all good things must come to an end.
