THERMACULTURE AND ALCOHOL DO NOT MIX
No substances or intoxicated individuals are allowed on the premises for health and safety reasons.
ALTERNATING EXPOSURES
Guests generally alternate between heat exposure (sauna) and cold exposure (cold plunge) three times per session, spending 15 minutes in the heat and 3 minutes in the cold.
THINGS CAN GET SWEATY
Swimwear or athletic clothing is the best attire. If you forget, there are PORTAL° garments available for purchase.
CLEANLINESS IS OUR PRIORITY
All guests are required to arrive clean prior to entering the facility. After sweating in our sauna you are required to rinse thoroughly before entering our cold plunges.
SUPPLIES ARE AVAILABLE
Towels are provided but feel free to bring your own.
Water is provided and refreshing provisions are available for purchase.
CONNECTING IS ENCOURAGED
Enjoy time to yourself or socialize in community.
KNOW YOUR BODY’S LIMITS
Pay attention to them. If you feel any type of way, sick or uncomfortable please stop your session and ask a staff member for assistance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your membership, please email us at contact@portalthermaculture.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations made on the same day or after the billing date are not eligible for a refund.
MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships are subscription-based, meaning they involve reoccurring payments. To cancel your subscription, follow the steps above.
CREDITS
1 Credit = 1 Session. Credits never expire and can be shared with other members. They are valid at any PORTAL° location. Credit packs are non-refundable, and drop-in access is subject to availability.
REFUNDS
To our beloved Boulder members, now that we are open in Denver we cannot issue historic refunds. We encourage you to come down to Denver or check out one of our soon to be open other clubs. Your credits or membership can be used at any PORTAL° location. If you prefer not to use them, we’re happy to transfer them to another member of your choice. We appreciate your understanding
LOCATION & PARKING
Our Denver activation is located at Nuture. To get there, turn east onto 29th Street from Federal Blvd. Then, take a right into the alley before the intersection to access our parking lot behind the building.
