To cancel your membership, please email us at contact@portalthermaculture.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations made on the same day or after the billing date are not eligible for a refund.
All memberships are subscription-based, meaning they involve reoccurring payments. To cancel your subscription, follow the steps above.
1 Credit = 1 Session. Credits never expire and can be shared with other members. They are valid at any PORTAL° location. Credit packs are non-refundable, and drop-in access is subject to availability.
Credits and memberships are nonrefundable and can be used at any PORTAL° location. If you prefer not to use them, we’re happy to transfer them to another member of your choice. We appreciate your understanding
Portal Thermaculture LLC (“Portal”, “we”, or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from portalthermaculture.com (the “Site”), our app, and all related software, tools, systems and other services provided by us (collectively, our “Service”).
