ABOUT THE CLUB
PORTAL° Denver is our signature outdoor club featuring an aesthetic blend of sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy offering a place to chill, sweat, and connect. Our Denver club offers two saunas, four individual cold plunge tubs, social spaces and amenities like a locker room, changing spaces, and clubhouse. Guests generally alternate between heat exposure (sauna) and cold exposure (cold plunge) three times per session, spending 15 minutes in the heat and 3 minutes in the cold. We ask that guests are respectful of their booking window to allow others to enjoy the club. We have towels available to add-on to your session and we recommend wearing or bringing either a swimsuit or clothing that can get wet. Water and electrolytes are complementary throughout your session and merchandise is available for purchase.

WAIVER
All guests are required to have a signed waiver on file at all times. You will be asked to sign prior to entry at the club if not completed before you arrive.
CANCELLATION
Bookings can be canceled at any time using our website or the PORTAL° app. Late cancellations are subject to a penalty. You can read more on our policies here.
PARKING
Parking is available in the lot between Nurture and Saint Dominic as well as further down the alley behind Nurture. Street parking is also available on Grove St accessed via 29th St. Open our parking map here.
BOOKING
Please book sessions in advance using our online booking system to ensure availability.
TOWELS
Sauna towels are available to rent during your session.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a bathing suit, towel, and a water bottle.
SHOWERS
All guests are required to arrive clean prior to entering the facility. Throughout your session, especially after sweating in the sauna you are required to rinse thoroughly before entering our cold plunges at one of the rinse stations in the club.
